Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.

Pastor Dan Carlson, Senior Pastor

As the primary teaching pastor, Pastor Dan has a passion for carefully unpacking the truths of Scripture.

Lafe Hendrickson, Youth Director

Lafe brings 16 years of youth ministry to Crossroads Family Church. He graduated with a degree in Pastoral Ministries from North Central University in Minneapolis, MN.  “I love working with young people, and I believe the greatest investment a person can make is in the life of a young person.” – Lafe

Janelle Prince, Office Manager/Music Director

Janelle has been a part of church music ministries from a very young age, taking both piano and vocal training as well as being in multiple choirs. She has a passion for leading and teaching others to find the joy in music and worshipping the Lord.  “We have a talented and fun worship team who desires excellence in bringing worship to our church. I’m excited to be a leader in a ministry that can touch the lives of people every Sunday.” – Janelle
